Yang first received accolades from the Network Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors in 2020 for her Alaska Airlines uniform collection. Wins for the 2021 and 2022 Image of the Year Award for the Amazon Delivery Service Providers uniform program and Climate Pledge Arena hospitality uniforms soon followed.
